Trey Ridley
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Trey Ridley is a cybersecurity strategist and compliance architect based in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area. As the co-founder of Triad Security Group (TSG), he helps defense contractors (GovCons), high-growth commercial B2B firms, and enterprises navigate complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining operational agility. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Morehouse College and a Master’s in Information and Cybersecurity from the University of California, Berkeley.
Trey specializes in translating dense, high-stakes frameworks (e.g. CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and FedRAMP) into actionable, executive-level risk management strategies. Combining his academic foundation with deep industry experience, his practice focuses on delivering high-signal technical validation, human-in-the-loop security assessments, specialized cloud architecture reviews (AWS/Azure), and fractional vCISO advisory designed to prepare organizations to confidently pass third-party audits. Driven by a commitment to workforce resilience, Trey designs scalable defensive solutions that protect critical infrastructure and embed a proactive "culture of compliance" across the enterprise supply chain.
Gregg Walker, Jr
Co-Founder & Senior Partner, Finance
Gregg Walker Jr is a strategic finance executive and budget specialist based in the Washington, DC metro area. As the Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Finance at Triad Security Group (TSG), Gregg oversees the firm's financial architecture, compliance, and pricing model for all services. He holds an accounting degree from Virginia State University combining a firm academic foundation with years of experience working for federal and private clients.
Gregg’s primary focus at TSG is to ensure financial compliance and longevity. Generating timely and accurate financial statements while researching and analyzing market trends to provide the clients with the most competitive pricing possible allows him to reach those goals. Also at TSG, Gregg troubleshoots any financial issues the clients may come across and collects feedback to ensure complete client satisfaction. Through continuous financial analysis and a commitment to the client’s well being, he will expand the firm’s possibilities while still maintaining the client’s happiness.
